During the harvest and throughout the year, we work with a raw material of exceptional quality. This is the fruit of the northern location of the Champagne vineyards and the diversity of grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier), combined with the very high standards of vine cultivation and winemaking.
We collect our own winegrowing co-products from hundreds of winegrowers and cooperatives, as well as the most prestigious Champagne houses.
To do this, we implement:
- Suitable logistical resources (semi-trailers, watertight caissons and platforms) to ensure the quality of our vine removal service.
- Tanker tours for liquid by-products (must deposit, lees, final juice, BVD and DRA wines).
- Drawing up administrative documents associated with the transport and discharge of wine services.
We develop long-term relationships with our suppliers. They recognize the benefits of our activity, which is fully in line with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach:
- Social: creating industrial jobs in rural areas and supporting the development of our industrial activity in France
- Environmental: vineyard sustainability, short circuits, circularity, energy management
