Since 2007, our family biorefinery has been upcycling the by products of the production of champagne into sustainable natural ingredients: grape pomace and winemaking co-products become natural preservatives and alcohols and afterwards: compost and fertilizer, to give back to the earth what it gave us.
Strategically located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards on an 8-hectare site, we have all the space we need to develop our business.
Since the company creation, we have been constantly investing into innovation. By subcontracting until 2018, we could become independent afterwards and therefore boost our development.
The rest of the story has yet to be written, and we have no shortage of ideas.
